製造プロセス技術やモニター技術から機械学習の活用など、半導体製造技術に特化した国際会議ISSM2022が、12/12から12/13にかけて東京で開催されました。幅広い半導体製造装置ラインアップを有する東京エレクトロン（TEL）からも、機械学習の活用などに関する発表がおこなわれ、Best of Best Paper Award (最優秀賞)およびBest Paper Awardを受賞しました！
